Once Mike receive customer's order, he will get back to you propmptly within a hour and will check inventory of ordered items. If all ordered items are in stock, Mike will ship them to you on the same day via US post service.

We suggest not washing

flokati furs or fluffy furs with washing machine.

During a photo session if a baby urinate or poop on a fur, please rinse with water the urinated or pooped area and dry it under sun.

Yes, all of our backdrops are washing machine washable with warm or cold water with "delicate cycle" setting and machine dry or dry under sun.

Yes, it can be washed at washing machine with delicate setting.

Please be careful not to mixed dark color wraps with lighter color wraps.

Hand wash is best way to keep each fabric fiber lasting long. 

Due to so many products we carry with various sizes, there is no way we can figure out the shipping charge at check out; hence, Mike will have to give you a call or send you a email to notify you of shipping charge of your purchased products/package.
